Hey, it's Brittani — I try on everything before it hits the floor. Here's my honest take on these:
- I wear a size 14 in department store sizing — which means I'm in a size 13/30 in these
- I wear a Large in most tops and up to 2X in some jackets due to broader shoulders
- Our boutique denim brands size differently than what you're used to at Target or a department store — most of our customers size down from their department store size, which is why the size chart above shows the conversion
- The 10.5" rise is high and holds everything in beautifully — no muffin top, no gap at the back
- The stretch makes these comfortable from the first wear — you won't need to break them in
