I'm 5'2", 34DD, 190 lbs — but with denim, I always size by the chart's waist/hip measurements rather than my usual top size, and I recommend you do the same here. I do wear a size 13 in this denim. These run true to size with real stretch, so they're forgiving through the hip and thigh without feeling like you're fighting the fabric. The 29-inch inseam is genuinely petite-friendly, so at 5'2" I can wear these without any hemming.
